Students have been separated from the community for over a year due to the pandemic. With these materials, I will be better able to create a community in my classroom. I’ve noticed that since the pandemic and distance learning, students are less driven to speak in class and communicate with their peers about the material. My goal is to create a space that allows student discussion and natural communication over topics that are important to their lives. Your donation will help my students feel connected to one another and the world they live in.
