I’m requesting flexible seating lap desks for my students. My goal is to create a more relaxed learning environment in the classroom by providing flexible seating and keeping technology safe. Students spend 7-8 hours in school each day and the majority of our learning is done on a laptop. As an adult it’s hard for me to sit in one place for over an hour and still concentrate. Students are not any different. The purpose for the lap desk is to protect student laptops from being dropped and provide students with flexible seating at the same time.
