Learning Centers and Flexible Seating is the process of learning by having a chance to use comfortable seats for students who need to have a break from their chair. Flexible seating allows them to wobble, rock, bounce, lean or stand, which increases oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow and core strength. In turn, this burns more calories and increases metabolism. It also helps keep young minds more alert and focused. Learning Centers help students participate in activities that help them see curriculum subjects in real-time, hands-on ways. This also allows Me to work with small groups and individuals on mastering their skills.
