The rug will be used to provide students a comfortable place to learn in a whole group setting. More than half our students cannot fit on our current rug and sit on the cold hard floor. They cannot focus on learning due to how uncomfortable it feels. The table will be used to teach small group lessons in a more intimate setting. The shape of the table allows the teacher to supervise and focus on each child to track their progress. My students deserve to have their most basic needs met by having a conducive learning environment. Our school does not have adequate funding for even the smallest things. I am paying out of pocket for my students. These learning tools will help my students succeed!
