This table will be placed directly in the kindergarten classroom and used daily to enhance science learning and discovery through student led exploration. The table lends itself toward play based learning, that we know is not only developmentally appropriate for this age group, but also necessary. After a year of virtual learning, these students need hands on learning to truly cement the scientific concepts and lessons they are learning. I know that my students will not only enjoy, but truly appreciate this tool in our classroom and make gains in their conceptual understanding, without even realizing!
