Third grade is a challenging year for my students. They are learning to become more independent in their work and how to become active citizens and lifelong learners. Many of my students come to school without the necessary school supplies. I want to give my students the markers and pencils needed to complete their lessons. Our lunch is early and by the afternoon, they are unable to maintain focus and concentration on their assignments. Having an afternoon snack will enable my students to reach their full potential during the school day.

About my class
