These resources will be used to support guided reading and be placed in the library area for students to explore during their available reading times. With these resources, students will have opportunities to explore books at their current reading level (encouraging them to becoming stronger readers) and explore books that either introduce them to different cultures or make them feel safe and welcome in their own culture. The books I have selected that are based on reading level are both fiction and nonfiction to help them explore different book genres and compare/contrast as well!
