Did you know that Physical Education is a vital part of a students' education? PE is often placed on the back burner and its benefits often are overlooked. PE can help improve student behavior, motor skills, build teamwork and help them academically. When my students go outside for PE I can see the benefits it has, but due to lack of equipment, I am limited to the things I get to enjoy with them. The items I choose for this project will allow me to continue to add PE to my students' day. While also including some fun and engaging activities.
