My students will learn to make a series of knots and their names in order to create something beautiful such as bracelets, wall hangings and much more, better known as Macramé. My craft will reach only 4th and 5th graders during our Genius Hour time of the day in which students have 45 minutes of enrichment a day. They all come in with the expectation of making something that will look beautiful but they don't realize how relaxed they feel and the clear state of mind they leave with after creating something with their own hands.

About my class
