Kevin Carrols "Rules of the Red Rubber Ball" is constructed in a fun and engaging format. The inspirational message, story, and layout of this book will truly engage the students. The author has a very fascinating story to tell which is easily relatable for my students. I teach career and technology classes. Inspiring students to follow their future dreams is a core principal of my discipline. I feel this book could truly inspire my students to reach beyond negative thoughts keeping them from reaching their full potential. Every young person needs someone and something in their lives inspiring them to seek their passions and dreams. Students will be encouraged to read and discuss the book in class. In addition, students will create a website blog to discuss their dreams and plan of action to strive toward obtaining their future career path.
