These materials will be used daily in the classroom to help encourage student learning. These materials will also help students develop a sense of connection and love to our classroom space. These items will help ensure that students feel like this classroom is safe space for them. The lap desks and wobble disks are great flexible seating options that help motivate students to focus on their learning tasks while they work independently, but also in groups. These seating options will be used daily throughout all classroom subjects and activities. The whiteboard decal paper and circle spots will be used daily in the classroom as well. The chalkboard in my room doesn't erase well and I hope to cover the blackboard with this paper to provide my students a better learning space. This will allow students to use the whiteboards during class activties, or even to proudly show off their work to the class. The circle spots will be used at my small group table for word work activities so that students don't have to worry about carting their whiteboard with them!
