These tools will help my students to have a chance to flex their mental math skills and increase their fluency and understanding of math in the classroom. These tools will help them to deepen their understanding of place value and multiplication. This is especially important this year in 3rd grade as students begin to understand multiplication and division. Also a solid upstanding of place value helps increase a student's number sense and move them to the solid understanding they need in future math classes. Help me give me students some math games to help them understand math better.
