I would like to build and update a class library for my 5th graders. They will be returning from a year of distance learning and I would love for them to be able to pick up and read a variety of books that spark joy, curiosity and imagination. A class library filled with trending book titles will hopefully encourage and foster a love for independent reading. I truly value the importance of addressing social emotional learning and hope that some of the books requested will also teach students about coping with physical and mental health issues. Creating a comfortable learning space while fostering the love of reading will give my students the tools they need to succeed in our classroom environment. The adjustable wobble stools will provide alternative ways to help my students focus within our learning environment.
