Flexible seating will give my students a choice. The freedom to choose where to sit. Studies show that students attention increases if there is physical activity involved. I am asking for flexible seating options like wobble chairs, balance balls, floor cushions, bean bag and a rug. My students spend a large portion of their day in the classroom and I would like to create a safe, happy and comfortable space that feels like home while supporting their academic growth. Now more than ever students need to feel they BELONG in the classroom.
