My students will read these books every day during reading workshop. They will have the opportunity to shop for books that they like in our classroom library. I will rotate putting some of these on display, as well as give suggestions, so that each and every student can find books they love to read. These books could be students' next favorites, and when students find books they love, they read more. When students read more, their reading improves! In addition to students reading independently during workshop, they will be able to bring these books home to read for homework.
