I really want to find ways to make math more accessible to students and more enjoyable. I decided on the notebooks so that they have some place that they can reference for resources and to help with studying, but also help keep them accountable and know what information they should have in their books every day. This also helps because when students move on to a new grade or new content of math they can bring with them the notes from the previous year which may help with concepts that are repeated. Most students I know do not like math, but I I'm really trying to find ways to change that and make it super enjoyable and memorable for everyone. School is meant to be a place where students become the best learners that they can be while also growing into amazing human beings.
