Students enjoy having options for their seating. It helps them to focus and put forth effort on their work when they are comfortable with their seating situation. Flexible seating allows students the freedom to chose what works best for them and their learning styles. It also gives them responsibility as they chose where to sit, who to sit by, and take care of the seating they have chosen. Research has shown that flexible seating options can benefit students cognitive skills as well as social and emotional skills. Please help me provide my students with some awesome flexible seating options. My goal is to eventually have a classroom full of flexible seating options. Thank you for taking the time to read about my goal and supporting my classroom!
