As a first year teacher, I want to make sure that my classroom is provided with appropriate materials for my students. It's important that I am able to provide a classroom that has an emphasis in exploration and experimentation. Hands on learning is an excellent way for a student to learn so it is an incredible opportunity for me to provide this access for everyone. As an art teacher I find great joy in watching my student get excited, explore and create projects! My goal is to help them foster who they are as little artists. Through art they are able to gain confidence, and learn the process of ideation, which are all great skills to have as they get older, even if they don't pursue art later down the road. Through your donations, you can help be part of their art making process by providing the funds and materials needed to create an engaging classroom full of diverse materials and supplies!
