Help me meet the needs of ALL my students! In my classroom, I have many books that are appropriate for students on or below level. For the students ready for a higher level, I am requesting book sets that both peak their interests and will challenge their reading skills. While still navigating the pandemic, I have a class with a wide variety of reading levels. The last few years have created a unique circumstance where although many students fell behind, some thrived on the home learning model and are ready for a challenge above grade level. I need the resources to make sure every student succeeds, not just the ones who are falling behind. I want this group of students to continue falling in love with stories, feel seen in their needs, and that as their teacher, I am able to support them equally. These books will give me the ability to have multiple "Book Clubs" with my whole class. Book Club time helps them learn new genres and practice reading skills on a deeper level. I am excited to grow my library and be able to differentiate for all readers. Help me exchange apathy for excitement by providing new books to benefit those who are ready to soar!
