These requested materials will allow my students to walk into a classroom with materials that will enhance their overall learning experience. My students will have access to all of these materials and I will use these materials every day. Due to it being my first year as a teacher, I am walking into an empty classroom with very limited resources. The pocket charts will be used to display student work and word walls. The books included are books that fourth-grade students are craving to read currently and the bins will help keep our classroom library organized. The supplies will be helpful to have on hand in case students cannot afford classroom supplies since some students will come from low-income households. Having these items in my classroom will allow for a better and more efficient learning environment.
