These individual headphone sets will be incredibly valuable to students while we use some of our online resources, and as we prepare ourselves for end-of-the-year testing! Year after year, I've seen students with broken or malfunctioning equipment, impeding their individualized learning plans from online programs utilized in the classroom. Their lessons cut out, they have to wiggle the plug just to catch a choppy phrase or two, or their set simply won't work; it's a nightmare! While we do have a building budget for technology, those funds are spread throughout our large building, not quite allowing for high-quality, spare sets for students that I can have on hand or offer to them. With this initial set of headphones, my students will benefit tremendously, especially within their online programs. I can also assure you, my students will take great care of this equipment, as it will also improve their responsibility and their ability to use technology respectfully.
