For the upcoming school year I will be a new teacher teaching sixth grade science. I want to create a room that is full of energy, good vibes and essentially a safe space. I will be teaching Earth and Space science face to face. My goal is for all remote learners from last year who never set foot into a classroom to feel comfortable learning in person. I hope these supplies help us to stray away from computer based learning and give me the opportunity to give students a more hands-on education! The laminator will help me create group projects and reusable activities for our mineral unit. The other materials will help with our labs and supplies for a new classroom setup! I also would like to use the Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to decorate our room and find resources for the first weeks of school!
