These journals will help with early literacy, students will be able to document their literacy and see their progress throughout the school year. The building of literacy and language skills help children be kindergarten-ready, so they enter school with a love for writing and ready to learn. This is important for school success. For many of my students literacy exposure at school is their first experience therefore; they love going to school. My students will be encourage and literacy will be promoted by having their very own journal where they can write or draw anytime!
