The technology and resources will be the guide for my students to navigate and take ownership of their own learning. As a teacher of mostly bilingual students, I understand how important instruction in both languages is. The iPads will be equipped with applications and programs that will aid my students in their understanding of the English language. The books will allow my students to be readers in both English and in Spanish. I want my classroom to not feel like a foreign country the students have been dropped into but rather a country they have prepared to travel to. They have all the resources to make their trips (school year) one of the most memorable ones yet.
