This project, “Little Bears in Ag”, would help me to bring basic agricultural principles to students through hands-on learning. Students will receive a monthly newsletter and an activity that will be based on an agriculturally related areas such as animal and plant science, forestry, and ag mechanics. The engaging activities could be done in class or at home and will have easy to follow instructions. The materials purchased will be used directly in assembling activity packets for at-home learning and/or prepping for an in-class lesson. I believe that all students should be exposed to all agricultural ideas and am excited to use this program to do just that!
