The tablets will be used for all age levels from Early Childhood up to 5th grade. The students will use these tablets at various times for research, for image capturing and manipulation, for video and stop motion creation, and many others functions only limited by the applications available. The tablets will be a classroom set and will not leave the art room. These tablets will help make the art experience for all of my students more blended; a modern, realistic experience for creating, imagining, and researching. One example of the tablets usage would be researching images of different tropical fish to use as references for a 3-dimensional project about color, shape, and form. Another example is using the simple sketch application to create and manipulate design drawings for a future project, which they could share within the class, to me, and use for critiquing in the end of the project.
