After taking many Professional Development courses this Summer, prior to my first year as a Kindergarten teacher (coming from 4th grade), I am realizing just how important it is to engage kids in learning THROUGH play! The donations in this project will help build countless activities for students to to have fun with games that are helping them learn and retain information. This will not only engage their brains but also focus on physical activity, which supports increased attention and growth. With practicing learning through play, I am hopeful that I can create a classroom environment that my kids are eager to come back to day after day.

About my class
