I am requesting microphones so that I can hear my students. Many of my students are just learning how to talk and can be very soft spoken. Some of them do not understand the concept of talking as they are currently non-verbal. I want to provide my students with the opportunity for their voices to be projected. These microphones will allow them to hear themselves, as well as others. Using a microphone will open up a new world of language for them. It will also allow me to capture their voices to share with their families.
