I would really like anything that could help the education of my students so that they have more interest in math and want to come in and get extra help. I like rewarding students with a positive behavior model, so they feel like they can improve and when they do, they can enjoy that reward as well. My project will help motivate my students to work harder so they can have a better education. A lot of my students have a set mindset of math being horrifying and I want to implement a lot of colors so that they can change their perspective and want to look back at their notes. This is why I incorporate colorful pens, bins, trays, etc. because it can help them emotionally and psychologically to see their classroom with so much joy. I look forward to being able to see my students grow in a positive direction. Once we get back to the classroom students need to feel rewarded. If I can provide them with the basics such as their notebooks and pencils, then we can get started with Math on a positive note. They don't have to worry about supplies and I have ready for them what they need to start working. This would emotionally build them up and get them going.
