This past year and a half has been extremely difficult for our students. Like many, our community was it hard by Covid-19. There are three High Schools in our community and the other two schools not only do they have a field, but lights as well. These materials will bring joy to my student athletes and most importantly motivate them to come out and participate in physical activities. We all know Covid has kept many of us indoors and our students have been missing out on physical activities. Health and physical education cannot be more important than what it is today. My students will benefit by having the essential equipment to improve their baseball skills (physically active), mental, social, and emotional well-being. Our school was built in 1930 and has is far behind compared to the other schools in our area. Instead of walking to the park to practice and take time away from their homework, we can have our practice at school. I can assure you that my students will be extremely happy, especially because we have not been able to fundraise due to Covid.
