Our classroom is currently the only one in our building without an air conditioning unit. Temperatures typically reached 86 degrees with the lights off and no students around, even in the fall and spring. This year we will be bringing at least twenty-three students back, and if the Covid restrictions were not enough for the students to adapt to, they will also be attempting to learn in sub-optimal environmental conditions. I am hoping to provide a safe and comfortable learning environment, so I am dedicated to addressing this challenge.

About my class
