Students needs to be able to stay focused are not all the same. Alternate seating will help students to be able to stay focused and attentive to the lesson! Students will be able to use the alternate seating to help with different needs they have such as autism (sensory) ADHD (need to move around) or Anxiety (something different to focus on for a minute). Students will be able to request these every day regardless if they are on an IEP (individualized education program) in order to be as successful as possible. These will be kept in the rolling cart in a specific area in the classroom that is accessible to all students!
