I am new 5th grade teacher, I will be teaching two classes with 60 wonderful Chinese immersion students in my classroom in this coming school year. Like all other first year teachers, I don't have many school supplies in my classroom. We all know that some students may forget to bring their pencils, while some may not have enough crayons, which will prevent them from experiencing the classroom wholeheartedly. These school supplies will help me build a friendly learning environment, where students can have whatever they need to explore their learning journey in their own ways.
