The students I work with already have a learning barrier they need to overcome, and adding excessive heat to this situation makes it an even more daunting task. Having to work in 80 and 90 degree heat makes it difficult for the students and myself to stay motivated and focused. Providing a more comfortable learning environment for my students will benefit them academically, mentally, and physically. Many of my students live without air and proper ventilation and I want to be able to give them more when they are in school learning with me.
