Research has shown a link between the classroom environment and student learning. With the rising number of students with attention issues, flexible seating is a quick and easy fix to make individual accommodations, help students focus and boost their performance. Allowing students to exercise choice gives them responsibility for their learning. Providing various kinds of seating helps students make positive choices that eliminate distraction and gives them control of their bodies to be comfortable and move when they need to move. I have selected products that will help my students make seating options that fit their individual needs so they can stay on task. The wobble stools are adjustable for all sizes. They allow for movement which is necessary given how long students are indoors. The comfy floor seats and the beanbag chair will allow for comfortable floor seating options. They are lightweight and can be easily moved to any area of the classroom. Thanks in advance for helping to create a positive learning environment for my students to have more choices throughout the day and for creating a space that is comfortable, engaging and exciting to come into every day.
