I am requesting funds through Donors Choose for a new rug for my classroom for the upcoming school year that will be used for circle time, center play, and small group collaboration. Circle time and whole group lessons are such an integral part of kindergarten social emotional learning, and having a safe, shared space to do so is important for my classroom. My hope is that we will be able to use this space in our classroom for learning through play, reading and building together, strengthening communication skills, and more!

About my class
