I am a first year teacher and when I walked into my classroom for the first time, I was sadden that there wasn't a bookshelf to house classroom books. I would love to create an organized space for my students to enjoy reading to one another, themselves, or me. This bookshelf would make taking and returning books very functional and less chaotic for them and myself. Our classroom would also benefit from a classroom mailbox. This will help make communication between parents and myself a breeze! With this mailbox, I will be able send home important information, student's classwork, and art projects! This will also help with classroom management once a routine is established!
