The stress, fear, isolation, and uncertainty created by COVID-19 pandemic has affected many of our students. As we know children have had an especially tough time coping emotionally, having to adjust to many different changes in their life. For this reason, I am looking for donations to create a space inside my classroom where kids can engage in mental health activities and decompress. In this area, kids can sit down, read, listen to music, color, talk about their feelings etc. This space inside the classroom will be used by all students of the school feeling like they need a space to decompress and take a mental break.
