My 1st grade students learn best when they can experience the lessons using as many senses as possible. A light table with appropriate toys adds something extra to their learning. In this project, we are hoping for a light table which would be a fantastic addition to our classroom and promote sensory discovery, exploration, and learning. Children are naturally attracted to the soft glow of light from a light table, helping to keep them engaged in learning for longer periods of time. Using the light table also allows the students to further study items in different ways. For example, the students can put a leaf on the table and study what it looks like on the inside. Students can also use a light table to explore shapes, counting objects and learning to read. Help us to give our students these materials to take their exploration and curiosity to the next level!
