In our classroom we are constantly have large and small groups on the floor and our room is a tile floor. We would like to have designated spaces for our students to be able to sit for circle time together as a group. With this particular rug and how it is designed into individual squares, it will also help our little friends with special needs stay in their personal space and learn how to control their body. This is an important skill that we work on continuously throughout the year for when they enter Kindergarten they will know how to interact with others in large spaces.
