The students in my classroom are eager to learn and extremely inquisitive. They strive to be successful and work hard every day. Coming from a Title 1 low income school, life is that much harder for them. Despite all the setbacks and bumps the road of life has given them, these students wish for more. They are over-exposed to things children should not be, and under-exposed to things that matter. These students have been at a disadvantage since their birth and it is my job to help them break the cycle of poverty.

About my class
