Middle school is the stepping stone in preparation of high school. In high school organization along with study skills is key. After a year, with Covid students, in-person and virtual, are coming together as one. Yay! To assist all students with adjusting to larger settings, and supporting them with organizational skills within the class, these bins will help to guide them from day to day. These organizational bins will help student to focus on the main topics of the day. It will guide them in accessing the major materials they will need for a lesson. Therefore, eliminating extra trips to lockers, and elevating issues with not having appropriate resources. Each group of 4 -6 will have access to their own organized storage bin. Drawers on the bin will be assigned to each class, and resources will be available to all classes assigned to that group. Students will be able to access the necessary materials they need each day. These bins will be filled daily and will be differentiated to the needs of the group and the lesson. Learning content is always key in any educational setting. However, soft skills, such as organization are even more critical in order to receive and maintain the content that is being presented by the teacher.
