My students are very curious and excited about reading to learn. They have struggled with reading comprehension due to language and other disabilities and need small group instruction to be successful. My students that speak other languages have such a passion for learning to speak and read in English. Their desire to learn has inspired me to come up with different methodologies to continue this exciting adventure in reading and learning. By donating to my project, I can continue to work with my students in small groups to increase their reading performance and keep them elated about not only learning how to read but to learn speak English as well.
