The most current question in environmental science is how to study climate and weather. Every day we are bombarded with media reports of the destruction of the Earth. How does a young person interpret the messages from some who say we have 12 years left on the planet? Young people need to understand weather and climate. This weather station will put real data into their hands and allow them to learn the skills needed to make informed decisions on how we should provide energy for the future. Where will the energy we need for civilization come from? This project will help answer that question for our students.
