For my project, I am providing my students of this year and years to come with interesting, relevant books and magazines. Being able to provide the students with current and popular books helps to continue to spark their love of learning as well as providing some fun classics to return to or fall in love with for the first time. I am using these books and magazines to build these students love of literacy, their passion for creativity, as well as giving them the ability to have access to current events and diverse point of views and stories. The library environment will give them a place where they can literally fall in love with a book and not feel that they are just reading as an assignment. The bookshelves and seating will turn classroom environment that feels warm, welcoming, and comfortable.
