It is important for my students to encounter all forms of art in order to become well-rounded artists. Printmaking is a medium they have never encountered before. It is important for my students to learn about the many different kinds of art that exist. Not only will these printing plates and brayers serve the students of the current school year, they will also be utilized by all of the students to come. Providing these materials will help to excite and engage my learners in a never before seen art form.
