The students will use these headphones and be able to focus while listening to and reading eBooks that are individualized to meet their academic needs. Each day of in-person learning, the students read just-right eBooks because they are unable to shop in my classroom library due to COVID restrictions. Just-right reading is an important part of every young learner's literacy experience and is what allows students to grow as readers. Furthermore, the students deserve to take important end-of-the-year online tests in comfort and quiet. The earbuds I purchased for them several weeks ago aren't working as well as I'd hoped.
