This last August, we were moved into a new classroom that is overly bright, gloomily painted, and is unequipped for our SPED students. We need supplies that will help with their individual learning styles and needs but we do not have the school funding for such items. A more user-friendly educational environment is needed to meet the needs of our students. Standing and wiggling are parts of our children's needs and currently, we are unable to assist our students achieve when they do not have what they need to focus and grow. In an age of sharp visuals, moving images, bright colors, and electronic flash, we need classroom visuals that will gain their attention and help them learn and succeed.

About my class
