This project will allow me to let my students choose where they would like to work. When students are comfortable, they are more motivated to learn. During independent work times, they can bounce on a ball chair, let their legs hang down when sitting on a stool, or stretch their whole bodies with a floor lap desk. Flexible seating will encourage my students to keep their brains busy while moving their bodies as well. Seating choices will give my Kindergarten classroom a warm, welcoming atmosphere where students can learn comfortably.
