As we find our way through our ever-changing world, our children are oftentimes the ones who are affected the most. The importance of teaching our children how to manage their emotions, how to treat others and themselves, and why being who you are is what makes you special is more important now than ever. We see the children - we hear the children - now we want to help the children! Through this project, we will be able to create monthly social and emotional lessons for all of our students using the “A Little SPOT Of” and “Scribble” book series. These resources will also be utilized in small group and individual counseling sessions at the elementary school level. These lessons will be used to help our students blossom into the amazing young men and women we know they can be.
